About Us
MWV (opened in 1998) has raised issues and concerns with service providers of multicultural women requiring personal care. We set up a strong partnership with ABRISA (established in 2002) and we share the same objective of providing quality professional care to the customer so their funding can go towards care as opposed to commission.
We have set up a social enterprise that focuses on the care needs of our clients. And we have new partnerships that strengthen our work. To make it possible, we also have a partnership agreement with a long-standing industry provider – Trilogy Care and Aged Care provider established since 2020.
We want to deliver quality of care and connection to each client. We will listen to you and help you get what you want and need. We want to see multicultural women employed in decent jobs with decent wages. We can do this and still charge reasonable rates.

New Statement of Rights
The Aged Care Act 2024, commencing on 1 November 2025, introduces a Statement of Rights. This outlines the rights you have when accessing Australian Government-funded aged care services.

My Aged Care
My Aged Care is the Australian Government’s main entry point for accessing aged care services. It offers information, assessments, and support to help older Australians understand available care options.
The service is available to people aged 65 and over (or 50 and over for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples) and can help you find the right level of care—whether that’s help at home, home care packages, or residential aged care.
